What causes bad breath?
Bad breath is almost always caused by a problem in the mouth , although,  in some  cases bad breath could be a sign of general health problems. 
There are several possible reasons for bad breath.
 
-Dental decay or gum disease
-Food between the teeth
-Throat or tonsil infection
-Bronchitis
-Sinusitis etc!
 
What can you do?
-Use the mouthwash recommended by your dentist
-Clean your mouth after eating  milk products fish and meat
-Eat fresh vegetable 
-drink plenty of fluids
-Chew sugar-free gum especially if your mouth feels dry
- Don’t  smoke
 
Most importantly visit your dentist and hygienist regularly.
