Treats & Teeth

It’s fun to get treats, but don’t forget your teeth

Too much candy isn’t so dandy

Eat a little bit of candy at a time

Brush and floss your teeth, then you'll be fine

Halloween Safety Tips

*Costumes should be bright colors so that children can be seen

*Remind children to always stay on the sidewalks

*Go up one side of the street and then the other side. No crossing the street unless at marked intersections or crosswalks

*Always look both ways before crossing the street

*Carry a flashlight

*Only go to homes with porch lights on

*Never go inside a home or get into a car

*Always let parents check all candy before eating

*Older children should always go trick or treating in groups of 3 or 4 and they should always stay together

*Young children should always be accompanied by an adult on Halloween

Your OCD team wishes all of our trick or treaters a fun and safe Halloween
