COVID-19 & Your Oral Health
It is more important than ever that you are diligently practicing proper oral hygiene.
•Brush your teeth at least twice per day
•Floss at least once per day
•Avoid sugary and acidic food and drinks
•Maintain a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, dairy and whole grains
•Drink plenty of water
Remember as you are touching your face during your dental hygiene routine, it is advisable that you wash your hands before you begin.
Reminder: Your OCD team is open to provide you with emergency dental care.
